THE STRONG WIND SIGNAL, NO. 3 IS IN FORCE.

THIS MEANS THAT WINDS WITH MEAN SPEEDS OF 41 TO 62
KILOMETRES PER HOUR ARE EXPECTED.

AT 2 P.M., SUPER TYPHOON YAGI WAS ESTIMATED TO BE ABOUT 360

YAGI IS A MATURE STORM. UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ITS OUTER

ASSOCIATED WITH YAGI ARE EXPECTED TO AFFECT THE VICINITY OF
THE PEARL RIVER ESTUARY TONIGHT AND TOMORROW MORNING. LOCAL
WINDS WILL STRENGTHEN PROGRESSIVELY AND WEATHER WILL
DETERIORATE. THE OBSERVATORY WILL ISSUE THE GALE OR STORM
SIGNAL, NO. 8 AT 6:20 P.M. THIS AFTERNOON.

THE INTENSE RAINBANDS ASSOCIATED WITH YAGI WILL AFFECT THE
TERRITORY GRADUALLY LATER TODAY. THERE WILL BE HEAVY
SQUALLY SHOWERS TOMORROW. SEAS WILL BE VERY ROUGH WITH
