AT 3 P.M., TYPHOON YAGI WAS ESTIMATED TO BE ABOUT 480
KILOMETRES SOUTHEAST OF HONG KONG (NEAR 19.2 DEGREES NORTH
117.4 DEGREES EAST) AND IS FORECAST TO MOVE WEST AT ABOUT
10 KILOMETRES PER HOUR ACROSS THE NORTHERN PART OF THE
SOUTH CHINA SEA AND INTENSIFY GRADUALLY.
