DEGREES NORTH, 114.9 DEGREES EAST. IT IS FORECAST TO MOVE
WEST-NORTHWEST AT ABOUT 18 KILOMETRES PER HOUR ACROSS THE
CENTRAL PART OF THE SOUTH CHINA SEA.
MEANWHILE, THE TROPICAL DEPRESSION OVER THE WESTERN NORTH
PACIFIC WITH MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS OF ABOUT 55 KILOMETRES
