OBSERVATORY.
THE WINTER MONSOON IS AFFECTING SOUTHERN CHINA. MEANWHILE,
A BAND OF CLOUDS IS COVERING THE REGION.
AT 8 P.M., TROPICAL DEPRESSION JELAWAT WAS CENTRED ABOUT
870 KILOMETRES SOUTH-SOUTHEAST OF MANILA. IT IS FORECAST TO
MOVE WEST AT ABOUT 25 KILOMETRES PER HOUR ACROSS THE
SOUTHERN PART OF THE PHILIPPINES.
WEATHER FORECAST FOR TONIGHT AND TOMORROW
MAINLY CLOUDY. ONE OR TWO LIGHT RAIN PATCHES AT FIRST. THE
MINIMUM TEMPERATURE TOMORROW WILL BE ABOUT 15 DEGREES IN
THE URBAN AREAS, AND A COUPLE OF DEGREES LOWER IN THE NEW
TERRITORIES. DRY WITH SUNNY INTERVALS DURING THE DAY. THE
MAXIMUM TEMPERATURE WILL BE AROUND 20 DEGREES. MODERATE
NORTHEASTERLY WINDS, BECOMING FRESH NORTHERLIES TOMORROW.
OUTLOOK : IT WILL BECOME COLD AGAIN ON WEDNESDAY. MAINLY
