OBSERVATORY.
THE OUTER RAINBAND ASSOCIATED WITH TROPICAL CYCLONE DOKSURI
IS BRINGING SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE COAST OF
SOUTHEASTERN CHINA.
SEVERE TROPICAL STORM DOKSURI HAS WEAKENED INTO A TROPICAL
STORM. AT 3 A.M., DOKSURI WAS CENTRED ABOUT 140 KILOMETRES
EAST-NORTHEAST OF NANCHANG. IT IS FORECAST TO MOVE
NORTH-NORTHWEST AT ABOUT 25 KILOMETRES PER HOUR INTO INLAND
JIANGXI AND ANHUI, AND WEAKEN PROGRESSIVELY.
MEANWHILE, TROPICAL STORM KHANUN WAS CENTRED ABOUT 1430
KILOMETRES SOUTH-SOUTHEAST OF OKINAWA. IT IS FORECAST TO
MOVE NORTHWEST OR NORTH-NORTHWEST AT ABOUT 15 KILOMETRES
PER HOUR ACROSS THE WESTERN NORTH PACIFIC.

MAINLY CLOUDY WITH A FEW SHOWERS AND SQUALLY THUNDERSTORMS.
SHOWERS WILL BE HEAVIER AT TIMES. TEMPERATURES WILL RANGE
BETWEEN 27 AND 32 DEGREES. MODERATE TO FRESH SOUTHWESTERLY
