HERE IS THE LATEST WEATHER BULLETIN ISSUED BY THE HONG KONG
OBSERVATORY.
 
THE MONSOON DEPRESSION NEAR HAINAN ISLAND IS BRINGING HEAVY
SHOWERS AND SQUALLY THUNDERSTORMS TO THE COAST OF GUANGDONG
AND THE NORTHERN PART OF THE SOUTH CHINA SEA.
 
AT 2 A.M., TROPICAL STORM GUCHOL WAS CENTRED ABOUT 1410
KILOMETRES EAST OF MANILA. IT IS FORECAST TO MOVE NORTHWEST
OR NORTH-NORTHWEST AT ABOUT 10 KILOMETRES PER HOUR ACROSS
THE SEAS EAST OF THE PHILIPPINES.
 
WEATHER FORECAST FOR TODAY
 
CLOUDY WITH SHOWERS AND SQUALLY THUNDERSTORMS. SHOWERS WILL
BE HEAVY AT TIMES. TEMPERATURES WILL RANGE BETWEEN 27 AND
31 DEGREES. MODERATE TO FRESH SOUTHEASTERLY WINDS,
OCCASIONALLY STRONG OFFSHORE AND ON HIGH GROUND.
 
OUTLOOK : MAINLY CLOUDY IN THE FOLLOWING COUPLE OF DAYS AND
