HERE IS THE LATEST WEATHER BULLETIN ISSUED BY THE HONG KONG
OBSERVATORY.


 
A BROAD TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE IS BRINGING SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS TO THE COAST OF GUANGDONG AND THE NORTHERN
PART OF THE SOUTH CHINA SEA. BESIDES, AN EASTERLY AIRSTREAM
IS AFFECTING THE COASTAL AREAS.


 
AT NOON, TYPHOON ROKE WAS CENTRED ABOUT 700 KILOMETRES
SOUTH OF OSAKA. IT IS FORECAST TO MOVE EAST-NORTHEAST AT
ABOUT 28 KILOMETRES PER HOUR ACROSS THE SEAS SOUTH OF JAPAN.


 
WEATHER FORECAST FOR THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT


 
CLOUDY WITH SHOWERS. SHOWERS WILL BE HEAVY WITH SQUALLY
THUNDERSTORMS AT FIRST. MODERATE TO FRESH EASTERLY WINDS,
OCCASIONALLY STRONG OFFSHORE AND ON HIGH GROUND AT FIRST.
