HERE IS THE LATEST WEATHER BULLETIN ISSUED BY THE HONG KONG
OBSERVATORY.


 
A FRESH TO STRONG NORTHEAST MONSOON IS AFFECTING THE COAST
OF GUANGDONG. MEANWHILE, A BAND OF INTENSE THUNDERY SHOWERS
IS AFFECTING THE VICINITY OF THE PEARL RIVER ESTUARY.


 
AT 8 A.M., TROPICAL STORM ROKE WAS CENTRED ABOUT 430
KILOMETRES EAST-SOUTHEAST OF OKINAWA. IT IS FORECAST TO
MOVE NORTHEAST AT ABOUT 16 KILOMETRES PER HOUR ACROSS THE
SEAS SOUTH OF JAPAN.
 
BESIDES, TROPICAL DEPRESSION NORU HAS WEAKENED INTO AN AREA
OF LOW PRESSURE OVER THE INDOCHINA PENINSULA.
