LOCATED AT 24.9 DEGREES NORTH, 124.6 DEGREES EAST. IT IS
FORECAST TO MOVE NORTH AT ABOUT 14 KILOMETRES PER HOUR
TOWARDS THE EAST CHINA SEA.
