LOCATED AT 24.6 DEGREES NORTH, 124.6 DEGREES EAST. IT IS
FORECAST TO MOVE NORTH AT ABOUT 14 KILOMETRES PER HOUR
ACROSS THE SEAS EAST OF TAIWAN AND ENTER THE EAST CHINA SEA.
