PART OF THE SOUTH CHINA SEA WITH MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS OF
ABOUT 45 KILOMETRES PER HOUR NEAR ITS CENTRE WAS LOCATED AT
21.7 DEGREES NORTH, 116.4 DEGREES EAST. IT IS FORECAST TO
MOVE WEST-NORTHWEST AT ABOUT 15 KILOMETRES PER HOUR EDGING
CLOSER TO THE VICINITY OF THE PEARL RIVER ESTUARY.
