HERE IS THE LATEST WEATHER BULLETIN ISSUED BY THE HONG KONG
OBSERVATORY.
 
A STRONG SOUTHWEST MONSOON IS AFFECTING THE NORTHERN PART
OF THE SOUTH CHINA SEA AND THE COAST OF GUANGDONG. THE
RAINBANDS ASSOCIATED WITH CHABA'S REMNANT ARE AFFECTING
SOUTHERN CHINA.
 
AT 10 P.M., TROPICAL STORM AERE WAS CENTRED ABOUT 500
KILOMETRES SOUTHWEST OF KAGOSHIMA. IT IS FORECAST TO MOVE
NORTH OR NORTH-NORTHEAST AT ABOUT 15 KILOMETRES PER HOUR
ACROSS THE EAST CHINA SEA.
 
WEATHER FORECAST FOR TONIGHT AND TOMORROW
 
MAINLY CLOUDY WITH OCCASIONAL SHOWERS AND ISOLATED
THUNDERSTORMS. TEMPERATURES WILL RANGE BETWEEN 27 AND 30
DEGREES. FRESH SOUTH TO SOUTHWESTERLY WINDS, STRONG
OFFSHORE AND ON HIGH GROUND TONIGHT AND TOMORROW MORNING.
THERE WILL BE SWELLS.
 
OUTLOOK : OCCASIONAL SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS IN THE
FOLLOWING COUPLE OF DAYS. WEATHER WILL IMPROVE GRADUALLY IN
THE LATTER PART OF THIS WEEK.
