SUSTAINED WINDS OF ABOUT 45 KILOMETRES PER HOUR NEAR ITS
CENTRE WAS LOCATED AT 10.7 DEGREES NORTH, 125.7 DEGREES
EAST. IT IS FORECAST TO MOVE SLOWLY, LINGERING OVER THE
EASTERN PART OF THE PHILIPPINES AND WEAKEN GRADUALLY.
