THE AREA OF LOW PRESSURE OVER THE NORTHERN PART OF THE
SOUTH CHINA SEA IS BRINGING SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS TO
THE COAST OF GUANGDONG. IT HAS INTENSIFIED SLIGHTLY. A
TROPICAL CYCLONE APPEARS TO BE FORMING.
AT 4 P.M., TROPICAL STORM IN-FA WAS CENTRED ABOUT 1120
KILOMETRES EAST OF TAIBEI. IT IS FORECAST TO MOVE NORTHWEST
AT ABOUT 8 KILOMETRES PER HOUR IN THE GENERAL DIRECTION OF
THE SEAS EAST OF TAIWAN AND INTENSIFY GRADUALLY.
WEATHER FORECAST FOR TONIGHT AND TOMORROW
CLOUDY WITH SQUALLY SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS. SHOWERS WILL
BE HEAVY AT TIMES. TEMPERATURES WILL RANGE BETWEEN 25 AND
29 DEGREES. MODERATE EAST TO SOUTHEASTERLY WINDS, FRESH
OFFSHORE.
