AT 11 P.M., THE TROPICAL DEPRESSION OVER THE CENTRAL PART
OF THE SOUTH CHINA SEA WITH MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS OF
ABOUT 55 KILOMETRES PER HOUR NEAR ITS CENTRE WAS LOCATED AT
17.2 DEGREES NORTH, 111.9 DEGREES EAST. IT IS FORECAST TO
MOVE NORTH-NORTHWEST AT ABOUT 18 KILOMETRES PER HOUR
TOWARDS THE VICINITY OF HAINAN ISLAND.
