SUSTAINED WINDS OF ABOUT 55 KILOMETRES PER HOUR NEAR ITS
CENTRE WAS LOCATED AT 17.6 DEGREES NORTH, 117.0 DEGREES
EAST. IT IS FORECAST TO MOVE WEST OR WEST-NORTHWEST AT
