WEATHER TO THE SOUTH CHINA COASTAL WATERS.
AT 4 P.M., THE TROPICAL DEPRESSION OVER THE NORTHEASTERN
PART OF THE SOUTH CHINA SEA WITH MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS
OF ABOUT 45 KILOMETRES PER HOUR NEAR ITS CENTRE WAS LOCATED
AT 21.9 DEGREES NORTH, 119.2 DEGREES EAST. IT IS FORECAST
TO MOVE NORTHEAST AT ABOUT 25 KILOMETRES PER HOUR TOWARDS
