WATERS.
AT 3 A.M., TYPHOON SARIKA WITH MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS OF
ABOUT 140 KILOMETRES PER HOUR NEAR ITS CENTRE WAS LOCATED
AT 16.9 DEGREES NORTH, 115.3 DEGREES EAST. IT IS FORECAST
TO MOVE WEST OR WEST-NORTHWEST AT ABOUT 22 KILOMETRES PER
HOUR ACROSS THE CENTRAL PART OF THE SOUTH CHINA SEA.
