The Secretary for the Civil Service, Mrs Ingrid Yeung, expressed sorrow over the passing of a Workman II of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department (FEHD), Ms Li Haiying, last night (December 31), and extends her deepest condolences to her family.

     The Civil Service Bureau has been in contact with the FEHD to make every effort to help her family during this sad and difficult period.
