​On the notification of the Central People's Government, the National Flag and the Regional Flag of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) displayed at the Central Government Offices, Tamar, Government House, all boundary control and check points of the HKSAR and Hong Kong International Airport will be flown at half staff on next Monday (October 14) as a token of mourning by the HKSAR Government for the late Mr Wu Bangguo, the former Chairman of the Standing Committee of the 10th and 11th National People's Congress.
