　　以下是政务司副司长卓永兴今日（二月三日）在Tatler XFEST 香港公开训练场次致辞：

Thank you, Michel (Chairman and CEO of Tatler Asia, Mr Michel Lamunière).
　　
Hello everyone! It is absolutely fantastic to see so many football lovers here today at the Stadium. I can see and hear your excitement coming to the Stadium to watch the Open Training of the Inter Miami CF Team.
　　
First of all, on behalf of the Hong Kong Government, may I extend a very warm welcome to the Inter Miami CF Team. Welcome to Hong Kong! I would also like to thank the organiser, Tatler Asia, for bringing this wonderful event to Hong Kong and for supporting our proposal to open this public training to 15 000 Hong Kong youngsters.
　　
　　现在，我用广东话和大家讲几句说话。大家好！国际迈阿密CF球队今次访港与香港队比赛，本身是一项瞩目的体育盛事，但是今日的公开训练亦是一项很有意思的活动。
　　
　　今天到场的观众，有15 000位是主办机构和政府的特邀嘉宾。他们是香港的学生、青年、青少年运动员、残疾运动员和基层家庭成员。我们希望透过这些安排，令广大的香港青年人能够参与这项体育盛事。
　　
　　在公开训练完毕之后，还会有18位香港青少年足球梯队的成员，有机会与国际迈阿密CF球员进行交流，我希望他们得到启发，日后出现香港的美斯、苏亚雷斯!
　　
　　最后，我祝愿今天的活动和明天比赛顺利举行，我们大家一起欣赏国际迈阿密CF和香港队的精彩演出！多谢大家！
