Digital scheme enhances elderly lives

In a bid to help elderly citizens embrace the benefits of digital technology, the Office of the Government Chief Information Officer (OGCIO) is implementing an information and communications technology outreach programme.

News.gov.hk spoke to elderly service users about their experiences of the programme, and to representatives of both the OGCIO and the non-governmental organisation delivering it.
