EPD signs Cooperation Arrangement for Raising Awareness of Ecological and Environmental Protection with Center for Environmental Education and Communications of Ministry of Ecology and Environment (with photo)

The Cooperation Arrangement was signed by the Director of Environmental Protection, Dr Samuel Chui, and the General Director of the Center for Environmental Education and Communications of Ministry of Ecology and Environment, Mr Tian Chengchuan. The areas of co-operation include enhancing mutual exchange and co-operation on raising awareness of ecological and environmental protection, promoting the achievements and latest development of the Mainland and Hong Kong in various aspects such as pollution prevention, ecological and environmental protection, as well as enhancing awareness of environmental protection, strengthening exchange and experience sharing, and so on.
Dr Chui said that the implementation of the Cooperation Agreement could enable both sides to explore co-operation on environmental protection awareness enhancement projects and establish a wide and in-depth co-operation on relevant projects. It will also help deepen Hong Kong society's understanding of the construction of a beautiful China so as to tell good ecology and environmental protection stories together.
