Tree in Tung Wah Eastern Hospital found tilted and slanted

The spokesman for Tung Wah Eastern Hospital (TWEH) made the following announcement today (March 24) regarding a tilted and slanted tree found within the hospital compound:
A Cook Pine in TWEH was found tilted and slanted this afternoon. Maintenance staff has immediately cordoned off the area and arranged certified arborist to conduct further assessment and follow-up action.
TWEH highly concerned about the incident and has informed all hospital staff the latest situation. The hospital has reported to the Hospital Authority Head Office via the Advance Incident Reporting System. There was no hospital service affected, no facility damaged and no personal injury caused in the incident.
TWEH has arranged certified arborist to inspect trees within the hospital compound regularly. The last inspection conducted for the tree concerned was June of last year and there was no abnormality found. The hospital has requested certified arborist to inspect other trees located within the hospital compound so as to ensure the safety of patients and staff members.
