Deputising Cluster Chief Executive of New Territories East Cluster tests positive for COVID-19

The Hospital Authority spokesperson said today (November 24) that the Deputising Cluster Chief Executive of the New Territories East Cluster (NTEC), Dr Sin Ngai-chuen, has tested positive for COVID-19. He is undergoing isolation in accordance with the guidelines of the Centre for Health Protection of the Department of Health.
Dr Sin last performed duties yesterday (November 23). He wore masks and followed relevant infection control measures at work, including conducting daily rapid antigen testing. He has no recent travel history.
The NTEC will conduct thorough cleaning and disinfection operations at the office concerned and will continue to implement disease prevention measures vigorously.
