Lands Department releases tender amounts submitted for site in Sha Tin

     The Lands Department announced today (October 18) that in respect of the tender for the site Sha Tin Town Lot No. 643 at Hin Wo Lane, Sha Tin, New Territories, which was awarded on September 20 to the successful tenderer, Champion Estate (HK) Limited (parent company: Wing Tai Properties Limited), on a 50-year land grant at a premium of $786,380,000, the tender amounts submitted by the unsuccessful tenderers in descending order are published on an anonymous basis as follows:
