Tender awarded for site in Kwun Tong

     The Lands Department announced today (August 31) that the tender for a site, Lot No. 1078 in Survey District No. 3, off Anderson Road, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, has been awarded to the highest tenderer, Lucky Spring Developments (HK) Limited (parent company: The Link Holdings Limited), on a 50-year land grant at a premium of $766,000,000.

     The tenderers, other than the successful tenderer, in alphabetical order, with the name of the parent company where provided by the tenderer in brackets, were:

(1) Dynasty Rise Limited (Sino Land Company Limited);

(2) Hundred Grace Development Limited (Chime Corporation Limited);

(3) Sky Oasis Enterprises Limited (CK Asset Holdings Limited); and

(4) Topco (H.K.) Limited (Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited).

     Lot No. 1078 in Survey District No. 3 has a site area of about 5,880 square metres and is designated for non-industrial (excluding residential, office, hotel, godown and petrol filling station) purposes. The minimum gross floor area and the maximum gross floor area are 7,762 sq m and 12,936 sq m respectively.
