Hospital Authority Service Arrangement

The Hospital Authority (HA) announces that all Designated Clinics for COVID-19 Confirmed Cases (DC) and its tele-consultation service, general out-patient clinics (GOPC), specialist out-patient clinics, allied health and other day services will be closed while the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 is in force. Besides, specimen collection packs distribution and collection service of specimens for COVID-19 tests at selected GOPCs will also be suspended. The services will be resumed gradually within two hours after the cancellation of the signal.
DC (including tele-consultation service) and GOPC patients whose telephone or mobile app booked appointment being affected by the tropical cyclone may make a new appointment through telephone or mobile app around one hour after the cancellation of the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8. Chronic patients of GOPCs who have scheduled appointments or patients of specialist services can follow the instruction listed on the appointment slips.
