Lands Department releases tender amounts submitted for site at Hospital Road

The Lands Department announced today (August 24) that in respect of the tender for the site Inland Lot No. 8872 at Hospital Road, Hong Kong, which was awarded on July 26 to the successful tenderer, Bestford Group Limited (parent company: K. Wah International Holdings Limited), on a 50-year land grant at a premium of $551,000,000, the tender amounts submitted by the unsuccessful tenderers in descending order are published on an anonymous basis as follows:
