​The Government declared by notice in the Gazette today (June 17) the existence of a vacant elected seat in the Tai Po District Council Wang Fuk Constituency.

     The elected member of the District, Mr Yiu Kwan-ho, has vacated his office pursuant to section 21 of the Oaths and Declarations Ordinance (Cap. 11). His office has become vacant since June 6, 2022.
