Services of Inland Revenue Department's Central Enquiry Counter and Receipt & Despatch Counter suspended because of water main burst

The Inland Revenue Department announced this afternoon (June 14) that services of the Central Enquiry Counter and the Receipt & Despatch Counter on the first floor of Revenue Tower have been suspended as a result of a water main burst. Services on the other floors of Revenue Tower are not affected. The department has set up a temporary service counter at the ground floor lobby of Revenue Tower to provide limited services on receipt and despatch of documents, and to divert visitors to other floors for services. The department apologises for the inconvenience caused to members of the public.
The department will announce the resumption of services of the Central Enquiry Counter and the Receipt & Despatch Counter as soon as possible.
