TD will not invite applications for allocation of personalised vehicle registration marks this May and September

     The Transport Department (TD) said today (April 28) that the TD accepts applications for allocation of personalised vehicle registration marks (PVRMs) upon sale by auction every January, May and September in general. In view of the epidemic situation, auction of vehicle registration marks has been suspended since January, and considering that the TD will need time for processing the previously submitted applications for PVRMs, the TD will not invite applications for the allocation of PVRMs this May and September.

     The reservation arrangement for traditional vehicle registration marks will not be affected. Applicants are advised to pay attention to the announcement to be made on the resumption dates and arrangements of the auctions.
