Latest arrangements for DSD public services

Members of the public should make an appointment by calling 3101 2919 (Hong Kong and Islands) or 2300 1422 (Mainland South and Mainland North) before visiting the DSD premises for inspection of drainage records.
Members of the public should wear surgical masks at all times during their visits to the DSD premises and comply with the infection control measures including the use of the "LeaveHomeSafe" mobile application, temperature checks and crowd control arrangements.
The DSD facilities will continue to be closed for public visits and other educational purposes until further notice. Members of the public can apply for online virtual tours of the DSD facilities.
