REO hotline to maintain limited services

The General Assistant concerned works at the REO's office at Unit 1325, 13/F, Phase III, Kowloonbay International Trade and Exhibition Centre. Her main duties include answering the REO hotline 2891 1001. She does not have contact with the public in her daily work. She last performed duties on February 23. She underwent temperature screening when attending work and her body temperature was normal. She wore a mask while on duty.
Upon notification of the case, the REO immediately arranged for co-workers of the General Assistant to undergo COVID-19 testing, and thorough cleaning and disinfection of the premises concerned pursuant to the guidelines set out by the Centre for Health Protection.
Members of the public calling the REO hotline 2891 1001 may leave a message. Staff member of the REO will respond as soon as practicable.
