Applications invited for Main Fund of Sir David Trench Fund for Recreation

The Sir David Trench Fund Committee is inviting eligible organisations to apply for the Main Fund of the Sir David Trench Fund for Recreation (the Fund) for 2021-22.
The Fund is to be used for the provision of facilities and purchase of equipment for projects in the furtherance of the objectives of the Main Fund. In keeping with the donor's wishes, emphasis is placed on encouraging the purposeful use of leisure by young people.
Three categories of grants available under the Fund are listed as follows:

| Special Project | Construction and improvement of sports facilities as well as procurement of sports equipment for promotion of sports development in Hong Kong | Between HK$700,000 and HK$4,000,000 | 5.00pm, March 31, 2021 (First Batch), and 5.00pm, August 31, 2021 (Second Batch) |
Each applicant organisation can only submit one application under each type of project within the same year.
