Proposals invited for fifth round of LCSD Venue Partnership Scheme

The Venue Partnership Scheme aims to foster partnerships between LCSD performance venues and performing arts groups and organisations, with the objectives of enhancing the artistic image and character of the venue and its partner, enlarging the audience base, optimising usage of facilities, developing venue-based marketing strategies, promoting arts in the community, and encouraging community involvement in arts development. The fourth round of the Venue Partnership Scheme was launched in April 2018 and will end in March 2022.
The fifth round of the Scheme will be implemented at 12 performance venues, namely Hong Kong Cultural Centre, Hong Kong City Hall, Yau Ma Tei Theatre, Ngau Chi Wan Civic Centre, Sai Wan Ho Civic Centre, Sheung Wan Civic Centre, Kwai Tsing Theatre, Sha Tin Town Hall, Tsuen Wan Town Hall, Tuen Mun Town Hall, Yuen Long Theatre and North District Town Hall.
The Invitation for Proposals document is available at all LCSD performance venues and can be downloaded from www.lcsd.gov.hk/vps.
Briefing sessions will be held at 10.30am on October 15 (Thursday) and 3.30pm on October 20 (Tuesday) respectively, at Function Room AC2, 4/F, Administration Building, Hong Kong Cultural Centre. The briefing sessions will be conducted in Cantonese. Interested performing arts groups and organisations are welcome to enroll.
