The Lands Department announced today (May 28) that in respect of the tender for the site Kowloon Inland Lot No. 11240 at the junction of Soy Street and Shanghai Street, Mong Kok, Kowloon, which was awarded on April 28 to the successful tenderer, Bring Bright Limited (parent company: Worth Forever Limited), on a 50-year land grant at a premium of $467,180,000, the tender amounts submitted by the unsuccessful tenderers in descending order are published on an anonymous basis as follows:
