Please broadcast the following message as soon as possible and repeat it at suitable intervals:
      
     At about 3pm today (May 24), some rioters set fire to miscellaneous objects on Johnston Road, Wan Chai. Besides, loads of rioters scattered across different parts of Wan Chai, barricading multiple carriageways by pushing railings to the centre of the road. On the other hand, some rioters damaged traffic lights in the vicinity of Johnston Road and O’Brien Road, Wan Chai. The Specialized Crowd Management Vehicle and Unimog have been deployed to assist in carrying out law enforcement.
      
     Police warn all rioters to cease any unlawful acts and will take enforcement actions resolutely so as to bring rioters to justice as soon as possible. Residents of the area are urged to pay attention to the situation and keep their windows closed if necessary. Members of the public should avoid proceeding to the area if not necessary.
