Gearing up for a new career

     The Employees Retraining Board's local cafe kitchen assistant training programme is fine-tuning people's skills and helping the unemployed or underemployed rejoin the job market amid the economic downturn in Hong Kong.

     News.gov.hk spoke to a programme trainee, a graduate and an instructor to discover how it can help people find jobs in the catering industry.
