     Please broadcast the following message as soon as possible and repeat it at suitable intervals:
      
     A public meeting and a public procession are underway in Tseung Kwan O today (August 4). At 2.30pm, the public procession commenced in Po Tsui Park and is expected to finish in Hong Kong Velodrome Park. However, due to a large turnout, the whole of Po Fung Road and part of the carriageway of Po Lam Road North are in use by the participants.
      
     Police appeal to drivers to stay tuned to the latest traffic arrangements and all participants to mind their own safety.
