Shandong Liaison Unit relocated to long-term office

The Director of the SDLU, Ms Novia Wong, said, "Renovation work for the long-term office has been completed. After relocation, the SDLU will be better placed to take forward its work on various fronts."
Under the purview of the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office in Shanghai, the SDLU, which commenced operation on April 30, 2015, strives to strengthen the HKSAR Government's connections with different levels of government agencies in Shandong Province; promote economic and trade relations and foster cultural exchanges with the province; organise activities to promote Hong Kong's advantages; liaise with Hong Kong people living, working or studying in Shandong Province; and provide support to Hong Kong residents and enterprises in the area.
