One more nomination for Central and Western District Council by-election received

     One nomination for the Peak Constituency was received today (October 9) by the Returning Officer for the by-election of Central and Western District Council. No nomination was received today for the Tung Wah Constituency.

     The names, occupations, political affiliations and dates of nomination of the nominees so far are as follows:

     The nomination period will run until October 16. If the number of validly nominated candidates for a constituency is more than one at the by-election, a poll will be held on November 26, 2017 (Sunday) for the by-election for that constituency.
