The Secretary for Home Affairs, Mr Lau Kong-wah, today (September 6) congratulated Hong Kong athlete Cheung King-lok on winning a silver medal in the Men's Individual Time Trial (Road Cycling) at the 13th National Games being held in Tianjin.
   
     Mr Lau said, "Cheung King-lok has mastered extraordinary skills and maintained a high level of concentration during the competition. It is a great honour to win the medal, and his achievement is very encouraging."
