SCMA to visit Zhongshan, Zhuhai and Shenzhen

     The Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, Mr Patrick Nip, will visit Zhongshan, Zhuhai and Shenzhen from September 7 to 8. He will meet with officials of the municipal governments, Hong Kong enterprises and Hong Kong people working in these cities and exchange views with them on the latest developments and opportunities of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Bay Area.

     Mr Nip will also officiate at a reception to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region in Shenzhen.

     Mr Nip will return to Hong Kong in the evening on September 8. During his absence, the Under Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, Mr Andy Chan, will be the Acting Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs.
