The Secretary for Home Affairs, Mr Lau Kong-wah, will leave for Tianjin tomorrow afternoon (July 5) to attend the second BRICS Culture Ministers Meeting.

     Mr Lau will return to Hong Kong on the night of July 6 (Thursday).
