SCMA to proceed on leave

The Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, Mr Raymond Tam, will proceed on vacation leave away from Hong Kong from May 25 to 30. He will return to work on May 31.

During Mr Tam's absence, the Under Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, Mr Ronald Chan, will be the Acting Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs.
