Temporary closure of some facilities at Hong Kong Velodrome

The Leisure and Cultural Services Department announced today (May 22) that some facilities at the Hong Kong Velodrome in Sai Kung District will be temporarily closed to facilitate the staging of the Asian Judo Championships 2017 at the Velodrome between May 26 and 28.

The arena, cycling track and dance room will be temporarily closed from May 24 to 28, while Activity Room No. 2 will be temporarily closed from May 26 to 28. Other facilities at the Velodrome will remain open as usual.

During the closure period, members of the public may use similar facilities at Hang Hau Sports Centre, Tseung Kwan O Sports Centre, Tiu Keng Leng Sports Centre, Tsui Lam Sports Centre or Po Lam Sports Centre in the same district.
