Tenders awarded for commercial site and residential site

The commercial site, Inland Lot No. 9051 at Murray Road, Central, Hong Kong, was awarded to the highest tenderer, Century Base Development Limited (parent company: Henderson Land Development Company Limited), at $23,280 million. The residential site, New Kowloon Inland Lot No. 6567 at Kai Tak Area 1K Site 1, Kai Tak, Kowloon, was awarded to the highest tenderer, Fancy Excellent Limited (parent companies: KWG Property Holding Limited and Longfor Properties Co. Ltd.), at $7,230 million.

The minimum gross floor area and the maximum gross floor area are 25,920 sq m and 43,200 sq m respectively, both including the gross floor area of a public vehicle park to be constructed by the purchaser.
New Kowloon Inland Lot No. 6567 has a site area of about 9,721 sq m and is designated for non-industrial (excluding office, godown, hotel and petrol filling station) purposes. The minimum gross floor area and the maximum gross floor area are 32,079 sq m and 53,465 sq m respectively.
