Police will implement special traffic arrangements on Supreme Court Road, Admiralty tomorrow (May 17) to facilitate the visit of Prime Minster of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Mr Muhammad Nawaz Sharif.

     The following special traffic arrangements will be implemented between 9.30am and 6.30pm:

Road closure
------------

- Eastbound Supreme Court Road between Island Shangri-la Hotel and Conrad Hotel will be closed.

Traffic diversions
------------------

- One-lane-two-way traffic flow will be implemented on westbound Supreme Court Road.

Restriction on access to Island Shangri-La Hotel
------------------------------------------------

- Only vehicles arranged by Island Shangri-La Hotel can access the hotel, except for taxis.

     Motorists are advised to use Pacific Place Drive as the drop off / pick up point. They should avoid driving to the affected areas and pay attention to the latest traffic news.
  
     Actual implementation of the traffic arrangements will be made depending on traffic conditions in the area. Motorists are advised to exercise tolerance and patience and take heed of instructions of the Police on site.
