Seminar for SMEs on "Innovative Talent Management in the Changing Labour Market"

The Support and Consultation Centre for SMEs (SUCCESS) of the Trade and Industry Department will hold a seminar entitled "Innovative Talent Management in the Changing Labour Market" on May 24 (Wednesday). Managers from three enterprises in different businesses have been invited to share their experience in developing innovative talent management measures, with a view to assisting participants in coping with the declining labour force. A representative from the Employees Retraining Board (ERB) will also introduce free services offered by the ERB in supporting the employment and training needs of employers.
The speakers will include the Manager (Alliance Development) of the ERB, Mr Herman Kung; the Senior Human Resources Manager of McDonald's Restaurants (Hong Kong) Limited, Ms Joyce Ho; the Senior Manager of Learning and Culture of AXA China Region Insurance Company Limited, Mr Tony Wo; and the Managing Director of Jenston Works Company Limited, Ms Jane Liu.
The seminar will be held at 2.30pm in the Lecture Theatre, G/F, Hong Kong Central Library, 66 Causeway Road, Causeway Bay (MTR Tin Hau station, Exit B). The seminar will be conducted in Cantonese. Admission is free.
